SHIPPING and RETURN

 

1. Method of Payment

When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, otherwise we will not be able to process your order. On the Site (including its mobile version), you may pay for your purchase using a valid VISA or MasterCard and PayPal and you authorize Via de' Ginori 23R to charge the applicable card for the Fee and you represent and warrant that you are the cardholder of the applicable card. If your card is rejected by the card issuer, your order will not be shipped and Via de' Ginori 23R will have no obligation to fulfill your order.

2. Shipment

Your order will be shipped to your delivery address specified by you during the order process.Via de' Ginori 23R is not responsible for any loss of the products following shipment from Via de' Ginori 23R facilities to your delivery address.

Shipping towards all European countries takes up to 4 business days, towards the United States, Canada and Australia up to 10 days and for all other countries up to 15 days.

3. Returns and Exchanges

​

Merchandise may be exchanged or returned to Via de' Ginori 23R within 15 days of the original purchase date, or may be returned for a full refund,

on condition that the items are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages. Please note that customers have to cover all return shipping costs. Once we have received your returned item we will chek it’s condition and if we see that the item is in perfect condition we will refund your credit.
